Our corporation's global senior leadership needs to understand, embrace, and resource an important quality process. What can you do to make this happen?
A Global Continuous Improvement Leader said something very similar to us. He knew senior leadership to be notoriously busy and that it would take a lot of persuading to get them to commit to 2 hours of pre-work, plus a training simulation to get them to fully understand and support his important quality initiative.
In response, Change By Design developed a tightly scripted training, and though it took a couple of train-the-trainer practice sessions to fully prepare, he was able to effectively deliver it to senior management. He was so convincing, in fact, they created a new position for him.
