Our corporation's global senior leadership needs to understand, embrace, and resource an important quality process. What can you do to make this happen?
Mike Melnyk, Global Continuous Improvement Leader, said something very similar to us. He knew senior leadership to be notoriously busy and that it would take a lot of persuading to get them to commit to 2 hours of pre-work, plus a training simulation to get them to fully understand and support his important quality initiative.
In response, Change By Design developed a tightly scripted training, and though it took a couple of train-the-trainer practice sessions to get Mike prepared, he was able to effectively deliver it to senior management. He was so convincing, in fact, they created a new position for him.
