Summary of Client’s Challenge
A German pharmaceutical company adopted an updated customer engagement model and needed to train their employees how to navigate this model to achieve sales. This newer approach to customer engagement required a more micro focus in terms of understanding the potential customer and identifying the right customer-preferred micro communication channel(s) to best engage them and lead them to a sales commitment.
In tandem with another subcontractor, Change by Design was brought in to build this four-hour course while our fellow senior instructional designer developed the training for customer engagement coaches.
Updated Sales Training
The project was straight-forward:
design and develop the course,
develop of the facilitator and participant guides,
and develop the PowerPoint slides.
Once completed, we handed off the project to another group that developed the video scripts, shot the video and integrated it into the course.
