A very active and dedicated Jacksonville non-profit recently recognized an internal need for improved organizational alignment. After a diligent review of current needs and consideration of vendors, the organization selected Change by Design to perform three key tasks on their behalf.
Three key tasks for improving organizational alignment in Jacksonville non-profit organizations
The three tasks this Jacksonville non-profit selected include:
First, Change by Design will design a custom performance evaluation system focused on important cultural competencies such as business acumen which will serve to establish deeper cultural competencies and accountability across the organization.
Second, Change by Design will design and develop a journey-based curriculum that will train these skills, and other skills needed the first 90 days, including an eLearning, hosted on the Jacksonville non-profit’s LMS.
Third, Change by Design will generate the curriculum structure for six roles, in the organization and all learning objectives that are aligned to the organization’s outcomes.
As a result of these efforts, the non-profit will be able to reap tactical business performance rewards and strategic objectives including community integration and impact.
How does the Jacksonville non-profit’s curriculum structure and framework facilitate more effective launch?
The curriculum structure will include a job-task analysis of six roles, process maps, and learning objectives that are sequenced in order. The curriculum framework will include self-directed learning tasks, mentorship, and learning application activity recommendations. After everything is finalized, this framework developed will be handed off from Change by Design to the Jacksonville non-profit’s internal learning manager to complete deployment.
