Change by Design produced two days of skills-focused training for AT&T on an extremely tight timeline for the launch of their customer service and small business sales initiative.

Change by Design professionals are always game to build training for a new modality. Iansiti Performance Group brought the challenge of building training for AT&T’s telepresence training modality to us and several other sub-contractors. 

Tasked with learning the ins and outs of nine different AT&T products, as well as working with other contractors to develop the case studies of an entire ‘small business town’, we designed and developed effective telepresence training with creative, compelling learning activities.
