Following the merger of two companies, Change by Design was hired by San Francisco company Sweetrush to analyze the united company’s new operational processes and provide a guidance report for their workforce development efforts.

Working as a subcontractor for Sweetrush, Change by Design played a central role in all activities leading up to and including the final report. Our joint team’s recommendations focused on a training system framework, as well as high-level design recommendations, performance objectives, delivery modality, and estimated time requirements.
Through our efforts, this growing fleet management company was able to make critical resource allocation decisions to have all training delivered on the necessary timeline.
