On March 17, 2018, Change by Design will celebrate ten years of success in providing effective instructional design and performance improvement solutions to Fortune 500 companies, local, state, and national government entities, nonprofits at the national and state levels, and other first-rate companies and organizations.
Ten years ago, we opened our doors to business the year of the global economic meltdown, a year when 8.7 MILLION people lost their jobs! They were tough days, where we had to fight hard for every penny we brought in.
Thank goodness for a bit of naiveté and a boat load of optimism!
So how did we get here? How did we grow from a hope and a prayer, through grit and determination, to a company that delivers solutions to some of the biggest power players in our country? It’s pretty simple...

Our customers want integrity and we are honest to a fault. We always advocate for our clients’ best interests. They know we are in their corner.
We believe in giving without expectation of return, just because it's the right thing to do. Yes, we know how to network and build relationships. Yes, we understand the nature of politics. And yes, many of those with whom we have worked remain as allies and advocates. But fundamentally we believe and have seen that as we work to approach every single relationship with respect and care – seeing our fellow human beings for themselves first rather than our next meal ticket.
We are grateful for our ten years in business, and we look forward to the next ten years as we grow and expand to meet more needs through the services we provide.
