Summary

Change by Design was hired to apply their unique consensus-building process with the sales department of a Florida health plan provider, teaching them a new way to identify and solve problems.


Although this Florida health plan had consistently received the one of the highest quality ratings in the country, its sales team had been struggling in important areas. 

The sales department manager reached out for help in addressing performance issues. Here at Change by Design, we believe that much of the time, people in organizations have the answers… they just need help seeing them!

Anonymous interviews were conducted to gather honest perspectives on challenges they faced. We then convened a day-long training and problem-solving session with the entire team. The team learned how each of its members contributed to the problem, and how other organizational forces contributed.  

By end of the day, the sales team had collaboratively developed a solution that, once implemented, alleviated their performance issues.
